I prefer Moneta Pro fry pans over cast iron, ceramic coated cast iron, and other types or brands of fry pans for range-top cooking & have used them for years. The fry pan has a handle that stays cool while cooking. It heats evenly. It is so easy to clean. After our meal, I prefer to wipe out the pan with a paper towel and quickly hand wash, although it's dishwasher safe on the energy saving setting I use. I also have the larger Pro fry pan that is almost 10 years old now, and I can still clean it the same way. (Most fry pans you have to soak & scrub after you've cooked eggs in them for a few years, no matter how nice they were when new.) I use my pan often for sauteing or making omelettes. I use a very small amount of coconut oil / olive oil / grass-fed butter to flavor my dishes. I love how my cauliflower & onion saute turns out! Much faster than roasting veggies in the oven.
